Upgrade free b-smart time to include expenses 

b-smart time makes the tracking of project expenses easy by allowing resources to enter their own expenses against the projects they are working on at the same time as completing their timesheet.

Resources can enter an expense against:

• A particular project
• A particular task
• Linked to a finance code
  
• Or linked to custom codes such as a client code
  
• The amount that was incurred
• The date that the expence was incurred 

The project manager is then able to manage this expense and will be included in project financial reporting. Expenses can be imported or exported to your finance system. (This is offered as a custom service to customers).
