Linfox has implemented a limited set of functionality and are "making haste slowly" to ensure high levels of user acceptance and compliance. Bijingo is used in parts of our Australian operations and we are already registering strong demand from other areas and geographies. We plan to roll Bijingo out progressively across all of Linfox's Asia Pacific operations.
I Love it - it gives me a centralized, automated, highly visible reporting capability for the whole business and each level of the organization. What took me two days to do using a series of spreadsheets I can now do in a morning.
We justified our investment simply on the elimination of paper based timesheets and the associated cost of data entry. While we do not manage all activity in the Engineering Department through Bijingo it has given us a handle on the 20% of projects and their associated resources that were consuming 80% of available man hours.
