Locking a Report Template prevents it from being deleted or modified.
You will need to will need to Unlock the Report Template first then you can proceed with deleting the Report Template.
Follow these steps to lock a Report Template:
From the report console, select the Report Template you want to lock from the Report drop down box and click the Modify Report Design icon.
The Report Design form will open.
Click on the Lock this Report Design to lock the selected Report Template.
