How to Delete Columns from a Report

Selected Report -> Report Designer

 

You can delete Columns from a Report  when they are no longer required.  You may also need to modify Columns in Report Designs. This may be true when you have made a copy using the Copy Report function. To delete a Column, select it in the Report Designer and then click the Delete icon.

 

Follow these steps to delete a Column from a Report:

  1. Select the Column you want to delete from the Report Columns section of the Report Designer

  1. Click the Delete Column icon. The Column will be removed from the Report Designer.

  2. Click the Save Changes button in the Report Designer to ensure that you save the change you made to your report.
