Before you start designing a report in the Report, it may pay to get the specifications for the required report before you start. This will help you determine which category to select and the type of report required.
Follow these steps to add a Report:
Select a Category. The Report you are designing is dependant on the category you selected.
From the report console, click the add icon to open up the Report Designer.
Select the Report Type.
Enter the Name and Description. Be as descriptive as you can as this will help other users when using reports.
Specify the width of the report if you want to change it from the default setting.
Select if the Report is to be active
Click on the Save & Next button to open the Report Designer.
