Undoing Swaps made in the Swap Tool

All swaps must be saved before they are committed.  This allows the Resource manager the ability to reverse any swaps prior to pressing the Save Changes button.

Follow these steps to Undo Swap in the Swap Tool:

1. To reverse a single swapped assignment:

1. Select the assignment to swap back

2. Click the < button.

3. The assignment swap is reversed.

2. To reverse all swapped assignments:

1. Click the << button.

2. All swaps are undone.
