Project

IRC items related to a specific project are best accessed directly from within the project by selecting the Project IRC option from the Project menu.  When selecting this option, only the Project’s Risks, Issues, Change Requests and Client Requests are displayed.  The Project IRC page is made up of several IRC item lists, each with its own functions for Adding, Editing and Deleting.

Risks List

This list displays the open Risks associated with the selected Project including some key details such as Priority, Status and Date listed. By default, only open Risks are displayed, the filter allows users to view closed Risks.

Issues List

This list displays the open Issues associated with the selected Project including some key details such as Priority, Status and Date listed.  By default, only open Issues are displayed, the filter allows users to view closed Issues.

Change Requests List

This list displays the open Change Requests associated with the selected Project including some details such as Priority, Status and Date listed. By default, only open Change Requests are displayed, the filter allows users to view closed Change Requests.

Client Requests List

This list displays the open Client Requests associated with the selected Project including some details such as Priority, Status and Date listed. By default, only open Client Requests are displayed, the filter allows users to view closed Client Requests.

 

Follow these steps to open Project IRC:

  1. Select the Projects icon on the Navigation Bar to display the Projects List. 

  2. Select the Project by clicking on the Project’s name.

  3. Select the Project IRC option from the Project Menu to open to Project IRC page.
