The Change Request Details page allows the user to view details of the selected Change Request, view the Change Request Journal and add/or mange Change Request action plans.
Change Request details and functions work in a similar way to Issues. There are likely to be multiple tasks associated with a Change Request Plan however.
Change Requests raised from the IRC Centre will include the option to raise a new project as part of the Change Request Plan.
