Adding Change Requests

Change Requests can only be entered by the Project Manager.  This provides some control of what is raised and maintains consistency in interpretation of what is a change.

 Click the Add icon in the Change Request list to open the Add Risk page.

  1. Enter the Change Request Details including the Change Request Name, associated Task and Project, detailed description of the Change Request, date the Change Request was raised and the priority of the Change Request.

  2. Create a Change Request Action Plan.  See section on Creating Action Plans for more details.

  1. Click the Save button to save the Change Request and Plan (if entered)

  2. If additional Action plan tasks are required, or if an additional Action plans (and Tasks) are required, return to the Change Request list and click on the Issue to view details.  There will be the opportunity to add additional Action plans or by clicking on the Action plan already entered there will be the opportunity to add additional tasks.
