Deleting Change Requests

Deleting a Change Request removes it from the application. Caution should be exercised when deleting Change Requests to ensure that important information is not deleted.

Tip!

It is advisable to close Change Requests by setting them to ”Resolved” rather than delete them.  Deleting Issues Change Requests them from the application but closing them ensures that information relating to the Change Requests is retained for future reference.

  1. Select the Change Request to be deleted from the Change Requests List and click the Delete Icon, the Delete Change Request confirmation page will open.

  2. Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the Change Request.
