A Change Control Journal tracks the changes to the I.R.C item including Action Plans and Change Actions. This will allow users to view the changes that have taken place through the I.R.C management process. The Change Control Journal tracks:
Changes to I.R.C items, Action Plans and Resolution tasks
When the changes occurred
What the changes were
Who initiated the change
The Change Control Journal can be viewed from the I.R.C. Details page.
