Action Plans become effective when the status of associated tasks is changed from ”New” to ”Pending” or ”Open”. This allows the Project Manager to plan the activities required to resolve the I.R.C. items, without the activities being distributed and visible to the Project Team until the Project Manager is ready.
Once the Action Plan tasks have been made Pending or Open, the Team Members assigned to the resolution tasks will see them on their Home Page and Task Buddy.
