The I.R.C. Centre can be used to centrally manage l.R.C. items (Issues, Risks, Change Requests, Client Requests and Ad Hoc Tasks) across all projects.

The I.R.C. Centre page is made up of several components, including a menu, the list and the ability to filter.
The I.R.C. Centre tab is located on the main Navigation Bar. Click on this tab to open the I.R.C. Centre.
Use the I.R.C. Management Menu to select a list focusing on either Change requests, Issues, Risks, Service Requests or Client Requests. Clicking on the IRC Management heading or IRC Centre icon returns the user to the default work page.
The work page area displays the I.R.C. list and some key details. By default, a combined list of I.R.C. items is displayed when the I.R.C. Centre icon is selected from the Navigation Bar. Lists can be sorted by any of the column headings.
By default, the I.R.C. list is displayed with only those items with status which are Open (not Resolved or No Action required). Use the filter to display closed items and return back to open items.
