Project Manager / Project Viewer Projects |
Projects are shown to the user based on their individual access rights.
Some projects are shown in the Home page view (typically a filtered subset
of projects) but the Projects List provides a more comprehensive listing
of active projects based on the user’s rights in the Program Structure
and their Profile within the Project itself. The Projects
list contains a list of Project Manager’s active projects unless
otherwise filtered.
Click the Projects tab.
Use Filter drop menu if a section other than Active projects is needed.
Use the Program Structure filter to filter the list of projects to a specific program or department.
Selection of a Project from the Projects List allows for managing Project details, associated tasks, Forums, risks, documents etc.
Note: Access to projects is restricted dependant on what the project manager is assigned to; however, the Project Administrators can view all Projects.

The Project list default view which displays all projects which belong to the project manager. |

Active |
Lists all Projects which are Open, Pending, New, Waiting for Approval or Completed. |

Inactive |
Lists all Projects which are Closed, Cancelled or Suspended. |
The Program Structure filter allows the project manager to select a position from the hierarchy and update their project list display.
