When a Team Member first logs into b-smart or opens the Home page, b-smart displays the Home page Menus. Beside each menu option, except for the Calendar, Attachments and User preferences there is a counter in brackets. This counter indicates the number of items listed under each menu option. Select any of the menu options to open the corresponding list.
The Home page displays five lists which are relevant to the Team Member within a specified timeframe. The Team Member can alter the filter and display lists for today, the next week or the next four weeks.
Displays summary details of this week and last weeks timesheets with quick links to enter your timesheet and a personal summary of all of your overdue timesheets current status.
This list displays Team Member’s open and pending Tasks that are related to Issues, Risks and Changes which are due within the filtered date range.
This list displays a Team Member’s open and pending Tasks which are due within the filtered date range.
This list displays a Team Member’s open To Do items which are due within the filtered date range.
This list displays a Team Member’s open Issues (they have raised) which are open and due for resolution within the filtered date range.
This list displays a Team Member’s open Service requests (they have raised) which are open and due for resolution within the filtered date range.
The Filter allows the Team Member to alter the timeframe set on their Home page from a daily, weekly and monthly view.
